Now that I am Part 107 certified, I have been collecting footage for this project over the last couple of weeks!
Technical information below:
- Filmed using DJI Mini 3 Pro
- Exposure settings (~180° shutter angle)
- F/1.7 lens, ISO 100
- 1.6″/1.3″ exposure, 3 second interval
- 2″ exposure, 4 second interval
- ND4 used on sunset shot
- Edited in Premier Pro, using MP4 files from drone
- In a few cases, imported raw DNG image sequence into DaVinci Resolve, and reexported, when drone MP4 contained unacceptable color banding/compression artifacts
- Annoyingly, Premier cannot import DNGs as an image sequence, thus the need for Resolve
